Kathy Phillips Moore, daughter of the late James T. and Rose Edna Riley Phillips was born in Lee County, Kentucky on February 19, 1957 and departed this life at her home in Beattyville, Kentucky on July 25, 2022 at the age of 65 years, 5 months, and 6 days.
Kathy leaves behind three children, Thomas Keith Phillips of Beattyville, Karen Moore of Evansville, Indiana, and Crystal Milam of Louisville, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Adam Phillips of Beattyville, Gregory Combs of Shelbyville, Kentucky, and Benjamin Pangle of Radcliff, Kentucky; a special nephew, Anthony Phillips; one sister, Ganail Marie Manson-Blair both of Beattyville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and five brothers.
