Lana Kay Caldwell Combs, widow of Jimmy Combs and the daughter of the late Jerry and Lucy Abney Caldwell was born in Irvine, Kentucky on December 27, 1963 and departed this life in Mount Sterling, Kentucky on January 27, 2024 at the age of 60 years and 1 month. She was a homemaker and a member of the Queen of All Saints Catholic Church.
Lana leaves behind her daughter and son-in-law Emily Combs and Curtis Caldwell of Mount Sterling, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Kiley Combs, and Aubrey and Charlie Caldwell also of Mt. Sterling; two brothers, Donny Caldwell and wife Rose and Perry Caldwell and wife Annette all of Beattyville, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Eric, Jessica, Skyler, Megan, Harley, Jennifer and husband Ben, and Devin and wife Tara; great nieces and great nephew, David, Chloe, and Kate; special cousins, Jason, Michael, Sandy, Sierra, and Pam; special friends, Brittany, Heather, and Brayden and Ryker Konner; one aunt, Nancy; and a host of special cousins, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Combs and her parents, Jerry and Lucy Caldwell.
