Amy Beth Angel Smallwood, wife of James Smallwood and the daughter of James Brack Angel and the late Yvonne Lucas Angel was born in Richmond, Kentucky on May 2, 1986 and departed this life in Lexington, Kentucky on November 16, 2023 at the age of 37 years, 6 months, and 14 days.
Amy leaves behind to cherish her memory, her father, James B. Angel of Beattyville, Kentucky; five children, Hannah McIntosh of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, Chandler Tirey of Beattyville, Gavin and Chloe Angel of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, and Jace Smallwood of Frenchburg, Kentucky; one grandchild, Kaden Henderson; one sister, Jamie Law of Richmond, Kentucky; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
