Obituary for Merle Ann Caudell (St. Clair)
Merle Ann Caudell, widow of David Caudell and the daughter of the late Shelvie St. Clair and Izola Mae Spencer Creech was born on September 12, 1955 and departed this life in Booneville, Kentucky on November 10, 2023 at the age of 68 years, 1 month, and 28 days. She was a member of the Assembly of God and a former factory worker for Johnson Controls Company.
She is survived by one daughter, Jacqueline Charles and husband Brien; two stepdaughters, Charista Wylie and husband Eric and Takisha Caudell; eight grandchildren, Nicolas, Jayden, and Joseph Charles, Beth Ann, Jennica, and Alyssa Wylie, and Kirayl Caudell-Rosario; one niece, Tracy Spivey Stevens and wife Heather; a brother-in-law, Sonny Spivey; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Shelvie St. Clair and Izola Mae Spencer Creech, Merle was preceded in death by her stepfather, Willie Glen Creech; and one sister, Sandra Kay Spivey.
There will be a Celebration of Life Service scheduled at a later date.
