Condolence From: H.B. Elkins
Condolence: Connie was one of my mom's best friends. They were also co-workers at the Rural Child Care Project back in the 1970s and business partners at Allied Flower Basket, which they started along with Connie's mother in the 1980s. I was truly saddened to hear about this, as she took my mom's death about as hard as anyone I know. She always kept check on my dad to make sure he was doing OK for years afterwards. My sympathy and prayers are with Mark and the rest of her family and friends.
