David Paul McIntosh, husband of Ruth Ann Hogan McIntosh, was born in Lee County, Kentucky on April 26, 1946 to the late Raymond and Allie Fox McIntosh and departed this life at his home in Beattyville, Kentucky on September 25, 2017 at the age of 71 years, 4 month, and 30 days. He was a Carpenter by trade and a member of the Church of God.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Jeffery Paul McIntosh and wife Mary; one granddaughter, Weslyn Faith McIntosh all of Beattyville; five brothers, Charles A. Begley and wife Marie of Irvine, Kentucky, Roy Gene McIntosh and wife Barbara, Donald Wayne McIntosh and wife Mary, Gentry McIntosh and wife Margaret all of Beattyville, and Larry Joe McIntosh and wife Rita of Berea, Kentucky; one sister, Beverly Ann Begley and husband Glen of Crab Orchard, Kentucky; two sisters-in-law, Wilma McIntosh and Shirley McIntosh both of Beattyville; 18 nieces and nephews; 23 great-great nieces and nephews; one great-great-great niece; and a host of other relatives and friends.
David Paul is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Darrell McIntosh and Michael Raymond McIntosh; and one sister, Barbara Louise McIntosh.

Pallbearers include: Jeff McIntosh, Don McIntosh, Gentry McIntosh, Roy McIntosh, Joe McIntosh, and Charles Begley.
