Brenda Sue Cornett McIntosh, wife of Michael McIntosh and the daughter of the late Chester and Gladys Ruth Anderson Cornett was born in Perry County, Kentucky on May 28, 1958 and departed this life in Lexington, Kentucky on February 13, 2017 at the age of 58 years, 8 months, and 16 days.
In addition to her husband, Brenda is survived by four children, Ashley McIntosh of Beattyville, Kentucky, Matthew Hobbs and Joshua McIntosh both of Booneville, Kentucky, and Michael McIntosh of Beattyville, Kentucky; two daughters-in-law, Gracie Hobbs and Callie Fetters; eleven grandchildren, Matthew Scott Hobbs, Jr., Charles Wayne Hobbs, Angel Lynn Lewis, Dustin, Autumn Faith Evans, Kalvin Hunter Gabbard, Derica Fraley, Derick Fraley, Nevaeh McIntosh, Sophia Mendres, and Annabelle Mathews; five brothers and sisters, Edward Cornett, Alice Cornett, LouAnn Cornett, Bonnie Farthing, and Stoney Cornett; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and friends.
Brenda is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Heather McIntosh; and one grandson, Tyler Hobbs; and two brothers, Doug and Arthur Cornett.
