Carol Jean Ingram Feck, widow of Billy Marshall Feck and the daughter of the late Hayward and Lovana Platt Ingram, was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on September 29, 1942 and departed this life in Winchester, Kentucky on August 31, 2020 at the age of 77 Years, 11 months, and 2 days. She was a member of the Community Christian Church and a former dog groomer.
Carol is survived by one daughter, Melanie Brewer of Beattyville, Kentucky; one sister, Anne Dowd of Miamisburg, Ohio; two nieces, Donna McLean of Beavercreek, Ohio and Kathy Patrick of Franklin, Ohio; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
