Brian Adam Hensley, the son of Willis Hensley and the late Nancy Lynn Dixon Hensley was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 1, 1984 and departed this life at his home in Cincinnati at the age of 34 years, 10 months and 30 days.
In addition to his father, Willis, Brian is survived by one sister, Sandy Roark (Manford) of Pathfork, Kentucky; one brother Anthony Hensley of Beattyville, Kentucky; grandmother, Joyce Dixon; uncle, Tim Dixon; aunt, Ronda Bailey (Randy) all of Cincinnati; uncle, Eddie Shoemaker of Harlan, Kentucky; brother, Jimmy Hensley of Cincinnati; nieces and nephews, Kirayl Caudell, Kylie Hensley, Wyatt Roark, and Zaina Roark; and cousins, Dylan Bailey, Zachary Thomas, Carrie Caudell, Yasika Bailey, Jessica Shoemaker, and Kristen Shoemaker.
Brian was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy; grandfather, Eugene Dixon; paternal grandparents, Charles and Minnie Shoemaker; his daughter Hayley Hensley; and one aunt, Ronda Shoemaker.
