Janet Sue Murphy, daughter of Emma Price of Beattyville, Kentucky and the late Robert Murphy was born in Rushville, Indiana on January 26, 1960 and departed this life at her home in Beattyville, Kentucky on May 3, 2019 at the age of 59 years, 3 months, and 7 days. She was a member of the Heidelberg Church of Christ.
In addition to her mother, Emma, Janet is survived by two sisters, Wanda Oliver and Chris Callahan both of Booneville, Kentucky; one niece, Christy Callahan; three nephews, Dwayne Oliver, Scott Banks, and Larry Callahan all of Booneville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father; one brother, Rayburn Murphy; and one sister, Lisa Price.
