Obituary for Carlos Farrell "Artie" Horn
Carlos Farrell “Artie” Horn, son of the late Melvin June and Anna Louise Tipton Horn was born in Irvine, Kentucky on August 20, 1953 and departed this life in Winchester, Kentucky on March 14, 2019 at the age of 65 years, 6 months, and 22 days. He was a coal truck driver by trade.
Artie is survived by his two daughters, Tina Carter of Smithfield, Kentucky and Trina Horn of Irvine, Kentucky; his girlfriend, Mary Mays of Beattyville, Kentucky; one brother, Kenes Horn of Maysville, Kentucky; one sister, Michelle Coomer of Beattyville; five grandchildren, Alexandria and Lorelai Lee, Rose-Erin Phillips, Nicholas and Jordan Ross; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Sheila Horn and Margie Shuler.
