Michael Richard McIntosh, the widower of Brenda Sue Cornett McIntosh, and the son of the late Winfred and Mae Terry McIntosh Fights, was born in Irvine, Kentucky on April 3, 1962 and departed this life in Jackson, Kentucky on November 21, 2018 at the age of 56 years, 7 months and 18 days. Michael was the head of maintenance for the September Place Retirement Village in Beattyville and attended the Sugarcamp Baptist Church.
Michael is survived by four children, Ashley McIntosh, Matthew Hobbs and Michael McIntosh all of Beattyville, Joshua McIntosh of Lexington, Kentucky; his daughters in-law, Gracie Hobbs and Callie Fetters; 11 grandchildren, Matthew Scott Hobbs, Jr. Charles Wayne Hobbs, Angel Lynn Lewis, Dustin Hobbs, Autumn Faith Evans, Calvin Hunter Gabbard, Derica Fraley, Derick Fraley, Navaeh McIntosh, Sophia Mendez and Annabelle Matthews; three brothers, James McIntosh of Campton, Kentucky, Freddie and Daniel both of Beattyville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Michael was preceded in death by his wife Brenda; his parents; and a sister, Lena McIntosh.
