James, beloved husband of 33 years of Judith “Judy” Kendrick (nee Peterson). Loving father of Rodney (Linda) Kendrick, Lynne Holbrook, and stepfather of Jessica (Chip) Konrad. Dear brother of the late Lois Noble, Mildred Conklin, Chig and Inis Kendrick. Beloved grandfather of 6 and great-grandfather of five. He was a steam engineer for Formica Corp for 41 years. Member of F & AM Mayo Lodge #198. James passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at age 83. Memorial gathering 4-6:45 P.M. Thursday, August 16th, 2018 at Schmidt-Dhonau-Kucner Funeral Home, 8633 Reading Road, Reading, OH 45215, with the Funeral and Masonic Services to follow at 7:00 P.M. Burial at Begley- Cecil Cemetery in Beattyville, KY 41311 at 12 Noon Friday August 17th.
