Jeffery Dale Fox, son of Jeff and Vickie Sparks Fox was born in Lexington, Kentucky on September 5, 1988 and departed this life in Lexington, Kentucky on June 24, 2018 at the age of 29 years, 9 month, and 19 days.
In addition to his parents, Dale is survived by five aunts, Betty Byrd of Island City, Kentucky, Penny Allen of South Lebanon, Ohio, Sue Ann Flinchum, Julie Dunaway, and Diane Dunaway all of Beattyville, Kentucky; 4 uncles, Cecil Sparks and Jeffery Sparks both of Beattyville, Kentucky, Steve Fox of Stamping Ground, Kentucky, and Johnny Wayne Dunaway of Berea, Kentucky; two special great aunts, Zelma Partin of Lexington, Kentucky and Katrina Allen of Richmond, Kentucky; and a host of cousins, great aunts, and great uncles.
Dale was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roger and Thelma Duncil and Betty Dunaway; and his uncle and aunt, David Lee and Lisa Duncil.
