Barbara Irene Slater Bellamy, widow of Paul Douglas Bellamy and the daughter of Barbara Irene Lawrence Slater and the late Robert Harvey Slater was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 25, 1957 and departed this life in Booneville, Kentucky on June 8, 2018 at the age of 60 years, 10 months, and 14 days. She was a member of Queen of All Saints Catholic Church and a former Physical Therapy Assistant.
In addition to her mother, Barbara Irene Slater of Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, Barbara is survived by four children, Kim Flynn and husband Bob of Irvine, Kentucky, Robert Baumgartner of Lexington, Kentucky, Michelle Addison and husband Austin and Michael Bellamy and wife Alyson all of Beattyville, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Sawyer, Josie, and Dessie; her dog, Pebbles; brothers and sister, Joan Slater; Rob Slater and wife Colleen of Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, and Tom Slater and wife Karen of Schwenksville, Pennsylvania; sister-in-law, Kathy Moreland of Beattyville, Kentucky; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband and father.
