Betty June Barrett Fox, widow of Dewey Fox and the daughter of the late Daily and Gracie Brandenburg Barrett was born in Lee County, Kentucky on December 12, 1938 and departed this life in Beattyville, Kentucky on March 22, 2018 at the age of 79 years, 3 months, and 10 days. She was a member of the Church of God.
Betty is survived by six children, Peggy Howard and husband Bill of Beattyville, Kentucky, Cindy Jones and husband Thomas of Center Hill, Florida, Tim Fox and wife Virginia of Beattyville, Thomas Fox of Leesburg, Florida, Sheila Fredrickson and husband Fred of Palm Bay, Florida, and Tony Fox and wife Tammy of Beattyville; 16 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and two brothers, Kenneth Barrett and wife Geraldine of Means, Kentucky and Dean Barrett and wife Donna of South Lebanon, Ohio; and a host of other relative and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Betty is preceded in death by one son, Troy Fox; and seven brothers and sisters.
