Phillis Gale Lucas, daughter of the late Joe and Ethel Marie Hall Lucas was born in Oneida, Kentucky on June 9, 1952 and departed this life in Lexington, Kentucky on March 1, 2018 at the age of 65 years, 8 months and 20 days.
Phillis is survived by two brothers, Larry and Phillip Lucas of Beattyville, Kentucky; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Dorsey Clayton Lucas; and one sister, Ann Francis Lutes.
