BRENDA LEE WALLING BATES, age 71 from Hendersonville, TN passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Vanderbilt University Hospital on February 3, 2018. She was born on November 5, 1946 in Winchester, KY to Wayne and Leona Walling. Brenda was a hard working, loving mother, daughter and friend. She will be missed by all those who knew her. She is preceded in death by her dad, Wayne Walling and her mom, Leona Walling. She is survived by her sister, Joyce Rollis of Paris, TN; two sons, Darren Futch of Nashville, TN and Michael Bates (Crystal) of White House, TN; one daughter, Tammera Ahora (Jackie) of Cookeville, TN; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
