Charles Mullins, husband of Lorraine Brandenburg Mullins of Georgetown, Kentucky and the son of the late Joe and Jessie Fugate Mullins, was born in Athol, Kentucky on August 5, 1946 and departed this life in Lexington, Kentucky on January 30, 2018 at the age of 71 years, 5 months, and 25 days.
In addition to his wife, Charles is survived by three children, Terri Toney of Lexington, Kentucky, Charles Mullins, Jr. and wife Amber, and Jason Mullins all of Georgetown, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Forrest Kiser and Micah Mullins both of Georgetown, Kentucky, Kathleen and Ann Marie Toney of Lexington, Kentucky, and Alex, Jase, and Samantha Mullins all of Georgetown, Kentucky; two brothers, Frank Mullins and wife Alene and Thomas Ray Mullins and wife Lucille; one sister, Barbara Ramsey; one sister-in-law, Ileene Powell and husband John; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents; four sisters, Sue, Betty Jo, Mary, and Wanda; and one grandson, Sebastian Kiser.

Pallbearers include Jason Mullins, Charles Mullins, Jr., Micah Mullins, Tommy Mullins, Jr., Thomas Ray Mullins, and Eddie Mullins.
