Dorsey Clayton Lucas, widower of Hannah Marie DeWolfe Lucas and the son of the late Joe and Marie Hall Lucas was born in Primrose, Kentucky on October 22, 1938 and departed this life in Lexington, Kentucky on July 20, 2017 at the age of 78 years, 8 months, and 28 days. He was a United States Navy Veteran, former forklift mechanic, and a member of the Queen of All Saints Catholic Church.
Clayton is survived by three children, Deborah Ann Fraley and husband Dennis, Yvonne Angel, and Joseph Clayton Lucas and wife Natasha all of Beattyville, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Stacy Angel, Carrie Ann Hatch, Jamie Angel, Amy Smallwood, Joseph Wyatt Lucas, and Katie Beth Lucas; several great grandchildren; two brothers, Larry and Phillip Lucas; one sister, Phillis Lucas; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is preceded in death by one sister Ann Francis Lutes.
