Tammy Roysdon Clevenger, daughter of Eileene Caudill Jewell and the late Ted Delyn Roysdon was born in Richmond, Kentucky on January 16, 1958 and departed this life in Jackson, Kentucky on April 8, 2017 at the age of 59 years, 2 months, and 23 days.
In addition to her mother, Tammy is survived by one sister, Millie Swanger and husband Bill of Covina, California; 2 nieces, Amber Stout of Oceanside, California and Ashley Swanger of Goleta, California; one great nephew, Ethan Fils of Oceanside, California; one grandson, Chase Clevenger of Irvine, Kentucky; her long term companion, Ron Hall of Beattyville, Kentucky; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Tammy is preceded in death by her father; and one son, Zachary Chase Clevenger.
