Gladys Nellie Holbrook, widow of William Hargis Holbrook and the daughter of the late Joe and Ida Keaton Gambill was born in Morgan County, Kentucky on August 14, 1940 and departed this life in Irvine, Kentucky on January 23, 2017 at the age of 76 years and 5, months, and 9 days.
She is survived by one son, William Scott Holbrook of Beattyville, Kentucky; one brother, Bud Gambill of West Liberty, Kentucky; and two sisters, Endie Dulin of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and Lula Mae Collier of West Liberty, Kentucky.
Gladys is preceded in death by her husband and parents.
