Lester L. Mainous, 69, of Louisville, passed away suddenly on Monday, October 3, 2016. He was a graduate of Lee Co. High School and Eastern Kentucky University, and a retired Claims Representative with the Social Security Administration.
Lester is survived by his wife of 45 years, Pam (McIntosh) Mainous; sisters, Helen Holcomb, Martha Benner and Ruth McAlister; brother-in-law, John D. McIntosh (Mendy); nephew, Jake McIntosh; and many other family members and close friends.
A memorial service will be held at 4 PM on Saturday, October 8, at Newnam Funeral Home in Beattyville with visitation beginning at 2 PM.
