Obituary for Nathan Ray Tutt
Nathan Ray Tutt, son of Carolyn Starleng Collett and Lenville Ray Tutt was born in Lexington, Kentucky on November 12, 1981 and departed this life in Hazard, Kentucky at the age of 34 years, 3 months, and 9 days.
In addition to his parents, Nathan is survived by six children, Joseph Paul Terry of Zoe, Kentucky, Summer Ray Tutt of Winchester, Kentucky, Emiley Tutt of Booneville, Kentucky, Brooklyn Rayann Tutt, Heather DeShane Tutt, and Nathan Gabriel Tutt all of Zoe, Kentucky; two sisters, Bridget Young of Irvine, Kentucky and Megan Tutt of Beattyville, Kentucky; paternal grandmother, Esther Tutt; three step sisters, Amanda Slone, Tosha Reece, and Jennifer Brandenburg; two nieces, Sierra Tolson and Destiny Young; and a host of relatives and friends.
