Sandra Kay Moore Phillips, the wife of Jeff Phillips of Beattyville, Kentucky and the daughter of the late Dillard and Cleta Faye Hogan Moore was born in Johnson County, Kentucky on March 31, 1961 and departed this life in Lexington, Kentucky on January 1, 2016 at the age of 54 years, 9 months, and 1 day. She was a member of the Heavenly Missions Church.
In addition to her husband Jeff, Sandra is survived by one daughter, Brittany Phillips; one grandson, Justin Thorpe both of Beattyville, Kentucky; five brothers and sisters, Dillard Darrell Moore of Beattyville, Charlene Wells and husband Jerry of Richmond, Kentucky, Larry Joe Moore and wife of Sonia of Ashland, Kentucky, Michael Moore and wife LuAda of Webster, Texas, and Bobby Jack Moore and wife Teresa of Zoe, Kentucky; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Alice Faye Moore Sons.
