Glydean Tirey, wife of Charles J. Tirey of Winchester, Kentucky and the daughter of the late George and Roxie Estes Reece was born in Lee County, Kentucky on April 6, 1944 and departed this life in Lexington, Kentucky on December 30, 2015 at the age of 71 years, 8 months, and 24 days. She was a former member of the Pinecrest First Church of God and she loved to raise flowers and quilting. She also helped to raise many children.
In addition to her husband Charles, Mrs. Tirey is survived by one daughter, Sharon K. Tirey of Winchester, Kentucky; one brother; five sisters; many nieces and nephews; she was a mammy to many children that she helped raise; and a host of other relatives and friends.
