Thomas C. Noe, husband of Blanche Brandenburg Noe and the son of the late Hubert and Lois D. Smyth Noe, was born in Lee County, Kentucky on September 12, 1935 and departed this life in Richmond, Kentucky on November 3, 2015 at the age of 80 years, 1 month, and 22 days. He was an avid reader and a member of the Waco Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, Thomas is survived by two daughters, Connie Turner and Lisa Tyree, both of Independence, Kentucky; three step-children, Donna Brandenburg of Winchester, Kentucky, Greg Brandenburg of Lexington, Kentucky, and Michele Riley of Beattyville, Kentucky; one half-brother, Jesse Dale Turner of Millersburg, Kentucky; a special friend, Hyman Brandenburg of West Chester, Ohio; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents; and one son, James Dale Noe; one brother, Olney Noe; and one sister, Blanche Mays.
