Vera Agnes Noland, 90, of Beattyville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015. Wife of Durb Noland.
She was born in Beattyville, Kentucky on December 3, 1924, daughter of Herman and Lidia Powell. Agnes retired from Ohio Bell in Dayton then moved back to Beattyville. She will be missed by friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Herman Tackett and her son, Stephen Tackett. Survivors are son, Herman Tackett and wife Denise of Dayton, Ohio; daughter Teresa of Beattyville; grandchildren, Diana McLemore (Price) of Alabama, Jessie of London, Eric Tackett (Amy) of Ohio, Marcus Tackett (Brooke) of Ohio, and Paige Brinegar (Tim) of Beattyville; great grandchildren, Kadyn Tackett, Luke Tackett, Elly Tackett, Vera Tackett, Jonah Tackett, Edmund Tackett, Olivia Tackett, Alex Tackett, Marie Tackett, Mary Evelyn McLemore, Price McLemore, and Stephen McLemore.
