Brandon Kevin Noe, son of Arthur and Sally Ann Young Noe, was born in Irvine, Kentucky on April 3, 1973 and departed this life in Beattyville, Kentucky on January 18, 2015 at the age of 41 years, 9 months, and 15 days.
In addition to his parents, Brandon is survived by two daughters, Kaitlyn Brooke Noe and Kassidy Lauren Noe, both of Beattyville; five brothers and sisters, Kim Noe and Ernest Noe, both of Beattyville, Karen Scrivano of Brentwood, California, and James Allen Noe and Mark Noe of Beattyville; the love of his life, Jessica Noe; 11 nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
