Michelle Lee Caudill Prewitt, wife of Daniel Prewitt and the daughter of Michael and Angela Caudill of Beattyville, Kentucky was born in Lexington, Kentucky on July 9, 1981 and departed this life at her home on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at the age of 32 years, 3 months, and 17 days.
In addition to her husband and parents, Michelle is survived by two sons, Chris and Caleb Prewitt; one sister, Belinda Puckett Addison; two nieces, Brooke and Destiny Addison; one nephew, Dylan Addison, all of Beattyville and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Willard and Helen Caudill; grandmother, Susie Austin; grandfather, Manuel Puckett; aunt, Janet Caudill; and uncle, Dwayne Caudill.
